Age Restrictions & Requirements

Services are restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors may not create accounts, submit applications, or engage in rental agreements through our platform. Parental consent does not override this age restriction for legal liability reasons.

💰 Liability Limitations

Maximum Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Consequential Damages

We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or opportunities.

Pet-Related Issues

No liability for pet behaviour, health issues, or property damage occurring after tenancy commencement.

We are not liable for service interruptions or inability to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions, telecommunications failures, or significant changes in rental market conditions.
